My supervision approach is applied and tailored to the individual. I aim to challenge supervisees’ thinking while providing clear guidance, constructive feedback and practical support throughout the accreditation process. Drawing on my experience in high-performance sport, I help supervisees connect academia with meaningful real-world impact. I encourage critical thinking and open discussion, while supporting each supervisee to develop confidence in their work.
